NOTICE OF THE CLOSURE OF C2239 YARHAMPTON, ASTLEY, WORCESTERSHIRE (“THE HIGHWAY”)

Reason for restriction: Carriageway repairs by WCC.  There is a likelihood of danger to the public or of serious damage to the road.  There is a need to close the highway in the following terms:-

 

  1. The effect of this Notice is that no vehicle shall proceed along that part of the highway from its junction with A451 Dunley for a distance of 1360 metres in an easterly direction.

  1. This provision shall continue in force for a maximum of 21 days, however, it is anticipated that it will remain in force for 21 days commencing 10 November 2021.

 

  1. Alternative routes: – C2239 Yarhampton, A451 Dunley, A451 Dunley Road, B4196 Astley, C2239 Astley and vice versa.
