Flood warning for River Severn at Larford, Riverlands and Holt Fleet

River levels are forecast to rise at the Bewdley river gauge as a result of persistent heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding (of property) is imminent. We expect flooding to affect Holt Fleet, Lenchford Meadow Caravan Park and low lying properties near B4196 and at Riverlands and low lying properties near Lincomb. The B4196 at Lenchford Inn impacted. Predicted Peak:- Bewdley 4.9m to 5.3m Wednesday 23/02/22. We expect river levels to rise until Wednesday. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are liaising with emergency services and erecting flood barriers. Please move possession and valuables off the ground or to safety and avoid contact with flood water.
